Verify your Healing Agent license
Confirm your tenant has the Test Heals entitlement allocated before enabling Healing Agent for a test set or execution in Test Manager.
Confirm that your tenant has Test Heals allocated before you enable Healing Agent for a test set or an execution.
Steps
- Go to Admin (organization level) > Licenses.
- Open the Consumables tab.
- Select Test Heals (Test Cloud).
- Select View Details.
- Confirm Test Heals is greater than 0.
Result
If Test Heals shows a value greater than 0, Test Heals are allocated to your tenant.
What to do next
If Test Heals is 0, or the App Test Healing Agent add-on is not listed, your tenant needs the add-on before Healing Agent works. Refer to Healing Agent licensing for how to request it.
