Unsubscribing from the Notifications settings page
Stop receiving in-app or email notifications for a specific event from the Notifications settings page.
Turn off notifications for an event by clearing its checkbox under a service tab on the Notification settings page. Clear the checkboxes under both Automation Cloud and Email to stop all notifications.
Context
Note:
The Automation Cloud column is visible for services with in-app notifications enabled. The Email column is visible for services with email notifications enabled.
Steps
- Go to the Notification settings page.
- Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud column.
- Deselect the checkbox that is in line with the event that you want to unsubscribe from.
Result
You stop receiving notifications for the event you deselected, through Automation Cloud, Email, or both, depending on the checkboxes you deselected.
