Changing the default value of custom fields
Change the default value of a custom field on a requirement, test case, or test set.
The Details tab of an object lists its custom fields, and a dropdown list lets you pick a different value for each.
Steps
- Open your project in Test Manager.
- Open an object (requirement, test case, test set) for which you have defined custom fields.
- Go to Details.
- Select the value within a custom field and choose a different one from the dropdown list.
Result
The custom field displays the newly selected value for the object.
