After enabling governance at project level, you must enable governance at object level.
To enable testing process governance, you must hold the Test Manager Administrator role, the Test Governance Administrator role, the Project Owner role or be assigned the Test Process Governance permission.
- Go to Test Cases.
- Open a test case.
- In the upper, left-hand side corner of the object, toggle on the Governed option. The object state is marked as In work. The Governance tab is visible and enabled.
