Executing mixed tests
Re-execute a test set with manual and automated test cases to produce a Mixed execution result, always using the latest test case version.
You start from a past result that contains both manual and automated test cases. Each re-execution uses the latest version of every test case, and the Execution type changes to Mixed.
Steps
- Open your project in Test Manager and go to Execution.
- Select a test set with both manual and automated test cases.
- Select both types of test cases and then select Execute Automated.
Result
The mixed test execution is triggered and the Execution type is updated to Mixed in the Execution section of the project.
