After all signatory records have been signed, the object (test case) transitions to the Signed state automatically. The object (test case) remains locked. The current topic explains how to transition a governed object (test case) from Signed state to In Work state as approver.
These are the operations, users can perform on a governed object (test case) which has the Signed state.
- You can transition the governed object from Signed back to In Work. You cannot transition the governed object back to In Review. When transitioning from Signed to In Work, the assigned approvers are removed and the signatures are voided for that object.
- You can assign test cases to requirements.
- You can comment on a governed object in the Signed state.
- Open a governed object (test case).
- Identify your name in the approvers’ table.
- Identify the Approval status menu and select the pencil icon.
- Select In work.
