Make sure all prerequisites are met before creating performance scenarios.
- Make sure all licensing prerequisites are met.
- Make sure all software and system requirements are met.
- Make sure all system requirements are met for on-premises robots, if you want to use this automation type.
- Make sure you create automated tests.

Make sure you (administrator) assign the Performance Tester role within your
Test Manager project. Only users with this role can create and run performance
scenarios. Refer to the privileges associated with each role.
- Log in to Test Manager.
- Open a project and go to the project settings.
- Go to the Manage Access tab.
- Select a user (or add them if not already listed).
- In the Assign users/groups panel, select the Performance Tester check box.
- Select Add.
- Make sure your users also have the necessary privileges to execute jobs in Orchestrator. Without these rights, performance scenarios will not be able to start successfully. Refer to the privileges associated with each role.
