Zoho Campaigns authentication

Prerequisites

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

  • Environment
  • Client ID
  • Client secret
  • Scope

This connector uses the OAuth 2.0 authentication protocol. To learn more, refer to Zoho Campaigns Access token documentation.

Add the Zoho Campaigns connection

  1. Select Orchestrator from the product launcher.
  2. Select a folder, and then navigate to the Connections tab.
  3. Select Add connection.
  4. To open the connection creation page, select the connector from the list. You can use the search bar to find the connector.
  5. Select your preferred Environment from the drop-down list and enter the required credentials.
  6. Select Connect.
  7. Next, the UiPath application requires you to allow access to your Zoho data. Select Accept.

Permissions

The UiPath® connector requires access to:

  • create, edit and delete a campaign, and also view reports.
  • create, edit and delete a list as well as add and edit subscribers.

The following corresponding scopes are added by default at connection creation:

campaign.CREATE campaign.READ campaign.UPDATE campaign.DELETE 
contact.CREATE contact.READ contact.UPDATE contact.DELETE
campaign.CREATE campaign.READ campaign.UPDATE campaign.DELETE 
contact.CREATE contact.READ contact.UPDATE contact.DELETE
