Workday authentication

Prerequisites

Before you create a connection in Integration Service, you must perform some steps in the Workday platform, such as creating an Integration System User or configuring domain security policy permissions. Refer to Prerequisites for creating a connection to Workday.

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

WSDL URL
Tenant
Username
Password

Add the Workday connection

To create a connection to your Workday instance, you need to perform the following steps:

Select Orchestrator from the product launcher.
Select a folder, and then navigate to the Connections tab.
Select Add connection.
To open the connection creation page, select the connector from the list. You can use the search bar to find the connector.
Enter your account's WSDL URL, tenant, then your username and password, and select Connect.
