SAP Cloud for Customer Authentication

Prerequisites

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

Subdomain - Your SAP Account subdomain.
Username - The username used for SAP Customer Cloud for Customer.
Password - The password used for SAP Customer Cloud for Customer.

To retrieve your SAP account subdomain, navigate to the SAP Sales Cloud site URL. For example, if your site is https://my328080.crm.ondemand.com, the subdomain is my328080.

The SAP Cloud for Customer connector currently supports the Basic authentication type. Learn more from the OData API authentication documentation.

Note:

To authenticate on SAP Cloud for Customer, you must have both a developer account and the necessary privileges.

Add the SAP Cloud for Customer connection

Select Orchestrator from the product launcher.
Select a folder, and then navigate to the Connections tab.
Select Add connection.
To open the connection creation page, select the connector from the list. You can use the search bar to find the connector.
Enter the required credentials and select Connect.
