QuickBooksOnline authentication

Prerequisites

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

OAuth 2.0 Authorization code: an Email address or a user ID associated with your account, and a Password to your account
Bring your own OAuth 2.0 App: Client ID, Client Secret

Warning:

To avoid being impacted by QuickBooksOnline aggregate API usage limits on the shared UiPath public app, we recommend using the Bring your own OAuth 2.0 App authentication method.

Add the QuickBooksOnline connection

To create a connection to your QuickBooks instance, you need to perform the following steps:

Select Orchestrator from the product launcher.
Select a folder, and then navigate to the Connections tab.
Select Add connection.
To open the connection creation page, select the connector from the list. You can use the search bar to find the connector.
Choose the environment you want to access, Production or Sandbox, and then select Connect.
Enter the required credentials for your preferred authentication method.
Select Connect.
