PagerDuty authentication

Prerequisites

The PagerDuty connector supports the following authentication types:

OAuth 2.0 Authorization code with PKCE
API key

To learn more about each authentication type, refer to the PagerDuty authentication documentation: API Token or OAuth Token.

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

For OAuth 2.0: your PagerDuty username and password.
For API key: an API key.

Add the PagerDuty connection

Select Orchestrator from the product launcher.
Select a folder, and then navigate to the Connections tab.
Select Add connection.
To open the connection creation page, select the connector from the list. You can use the search bar to find the connector.
Select your preferred authentication type.
Enter the required credentials and select Connect.
