About the WhatsApp Business connector

WhatsApp Business, having more than 2 billion users around the world, offers fast, secure, and reliable way for businesses to engage audiences, accelerate sales and drive better customer support outcomes

Note:

This connector is built by UiPath and receives official support selectively. The connector supports a limited set of commonly used APIs for the target application and may cover most typical use cases. Also, they are retained in a stable state until the requirements for a new version release are met. Learn more

Authentication

Before automating processes, you need to establish a connection with your WhatsApp Business instance. Step-by-step instructions are available in the WhatsApp Business authentication page.

Events

This connector does not currently support events.

Activity package

You can use the connection to enable the WhatsApp Business activities in UiPath® Studio to build automations that interact with your WhatsApp Business data.
