Generate and send an AI-drafted email summarizing a loan's QC issues to the loan officer from the loan detail view in Quality Control.
After reviewing a loan, you can generate an AI-drafted email summarizing its issues and send it to the loan officer. The email is editable before sending.
Prerequisites
- You are a member of the Business User Group and have access to the Quality Control application.
- The loan has issues recorded in its review.
Steps
- On the loan detail view, select Generate email.
- In the Generate email dialog, review the content in the Subject and Email fields.
- Edit the subject or body as needed.
- To copy the content without sending, select Copy next to the Subject or Email field.
- Select Send email to send the message, or Close to close without sending.
Result: If mailbox integration is configured, the email is sent to the loan officer. If not, use the Copy buttons to paste the content into your own email client.
