Data residency for the Loan Origination Solution, including tenant-region storage across UiPath platform services and where to confirm regional options.

The Loan Origination Solution stores and processes customer data within the standard UiPath Automation Cloud data residency boundaries. Both the Loan Setup and Quality Control (QA/QC) capabilities follow the same model.

Loan Origination data resides in the region where your UiPath tenant is provisioned. The solution does not introduce a separate storage location: loan records, document metadata, extracted values, agent findings, and reviewer activity are stored in the underlying UiPath platform services the solution runs on, including Data Fabric, Orchestrator Storage Buckets, and UiPath Agents, within that same region.

All solution data remains within your tenant's guardrails. The solution does not move customer data outside the tenant boundary.

Data Fabric, one of the underlying platform services, is currently available in preview. Its preview status does not change the residency model described on this page: data continues to reside in the region where your tenant is provisioned.

Data residency is determined by your Automation Cloud tenant region and is not configured separately for the solution. For the list of supported regions and the data residency policy that applies to the underlying services, refer to the Automation Cloud admin guide.
