Agentic AI solution that automates loan origination across commercial and consumer lending, with the Loan Setup and Quality Control (QA/QC) capabilities and the UiPath-managed and institution-configured components they share.
The loan origination process across both commercial and consumer lending involves complex analysis and compliance checks, from application intake through funding and quality review. UiPath provides purpose-built, agentic AI solutions that automate key stages of this journey, including loan setup and QA/QC, improving data accuracy, reducing manual review, and strengthening risk controls.
Loan Setup and QA/QC
The Loan Setup capability automates the analysis and risk assessment stage of origination. Loan Setup runs specialized AI agents (address verification, comment summaries, and others) and executes a fully customizable rule set to return structured findings for analyst review. Loan Setup targets loan officer, underwriting, and processing teams involved early in the origination lifecycle.
The QA/QC (Quality Control) capability automates document validation across both pre-funding and post-closing stages of the loan origination process. It classifies and extracts data from loan packages, applies institution-specific business rules, and performs cross-validation across documents, system-of-record data (for example, Loan Origination System, core) and external sources, surfacing exceptions for reviewer action to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant loan files.
Platform components and customization
The Loan Origination Solution combines closed-source components owned and managed by UiPath with extensibility points that institutions configure and implement. Both capabilities share the same underlying platform architecture.
UiPath-managed components
These components are provisioned and enabled as part of implementation, but their logic and source code are owned by UiPath. Your institution does not modify them.
