Generate a configurable audit report for a loan's QC review, selecting which sections to include such as agent findings, issue summary, activity timeline, and notes.
The audit report is a comprehensive record of the Quality Control review for a loan, suitable for inclusion in the loan file or submission to a regulatory body. Reviewers can configure which sections to include before generating the report.
Prerequisites
- You are a member of the Business User Group and have access to the Quality Control application.
- The loan you want to report on has a QC status of In progress or Completed.
Steps

On the loan detail view, select Generate report.

In the Generate report dialog, select the checkboxes for the sections you want the report to contain. All four sections are selected by default:
- Agent findings
- Issue summary
- Activity timeline
- Notes

Select Generate.
Result: The report is generated in a PDF format that you can download.
