KPI cards, table columns, filters, and controls on the Loans tab of the Loan Setup application, including the review-deadline summary cards.
This reference covers the key performance indicator (KPI) cards, table columns, filters, and controls available on the Loans tab.
KPI cards
The top of the Loans page displays four aggregate cards summarizing upcoming review deadlines. Each card shows the count of loans due in that window.

|---|---|
| Due today | Loans whose review deadline is today |
| Due tomorrow | Loans whose review deadline is tomorrow |
| Due in 2 days | Loans whose review deadline is two days out |
| Due in 3 days | Loans whose review deadline is three days out |
Active loan applications table
Columns
All columns are sortable by selecting the column header. A column-visibility control above the table shows or hides individual columns.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Borrower | Primary applicant name |
| Loan ID | Unique loan application identifier (for example, HEQ-2026-03287). Select the row to open the loan detail view |
| Loan type | The loan product type |
| Assigned to | The analyst assigned to review this application |
| Due date | Review deadline date (for example, Today, Tomorrow, or a calendar date) |
| Review status | Current processing/review state (see Application statuses) |
| Issues | Whether the review surfaced issues in the loan packet: Yes or No |
| Latest note | Truncated preview of the most recent note added to the application |
Application statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Processing | Automated analysis is running. The application is not yet available for review. |
| Ready to review | Automated processing is complete. The application is ready for analyst review. |
| Error | Automated review could not be initiated. The detail view shows a reference instance ID; the analyst can restart the review or contact IT support. |
| Completed | The loan has been marked complete and moved out of the active review queue. |
Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Loan type | Filters the table by loan product type. |
| Analyst | Filters the table by the assigned analyst. |
| Status | Filters by status. Options: All statuses, In progress, Processing, Ready to review, Review in progress, Error, Completed. Defaults to In progress. |
Search
A search bar above the table filters the displayed rows by loan ID or borrower name. The filter applies as you type.
Pagination
Below the table, three pagination controls let you navigate the table.

| Rows per page | Sets the number of loans shown per page |
| Page X of Y | Shows the current page position |
| Page navigation buttons | Move to the first, previous, next, or last page |
