Loan detail reference

Fields, sections, modals, and controls in the loan detail view of the Loan Setup application, including the header summary fields and review status values.

This reference is an exhaustive lookup for the fields, sections, dialogs, and controls in the Loan Setup loan detail view. For the steps an analyst follows to assess a loan, see Review a loan application.

The top of the loan detail view shows the loan application ID and summary fields such as review status and due date.

The header also holds the controls for acting on the loan.

Activity timeline

A timeline panel on the right side of the detail view lists review events in chronological order, newest first. A Recent control toggles the sort order.

Event entryA review milestone with a relative timestamp (for example, "just now," "12m ago"). Entries include "New application received" and one entry per review domain
Per-domain statusEach domain entry shows its outcome: "All checks passed. No issues identified," "N potential issues identified," "N issue(s) identified," or "Running…" while in progress

Review status

The Review status section summarizes the automated review with three metric cards.

Confirmed issuesNumber of findings the reviewer has confirmed as issues

Below the cards, a status message (for example, "Automated review is complete" or "Automated review is paused") is followed by a list of items needing attention, a Recommended action, and the disclaimer "AI can make mistakes. Please review findings for accuracy and completeness."

The header Generate email button opens the Email issue report dialog.

Review findings

The Review findings section lists findings grouped into collapsible domain cards. Filter tabs switch between All findings (N), Needs attention (N), and Confirmed issues (N). A Collapse all control collapses every card.

Domain card elements

Issue badgeA pill badge showing the number of issues in the domain (for example, "2 issues"). Shown only when issues are present
Last runTimestamp of the most recent run for the domain (for example, "Last run 2/27 at 10:30AM")

Restart reviewRe-runs the review for that domain

Loan details panel

A panel on the left side of the detail view displays structured loan data retrieved from the loan origination system and, where applicable, the core banking system.

Loan amountThe requested loan amount
Credit ScoreThe borrower's credit score as retrieved from the credit report
Interest rateThe loan interest rate

Notated loan purposeThe stated purpose of the loan (for example, refinance)
Marital Status on Person IDMarital status as recorded on the borrower's identification document

Loan Comments Summary

Displays a summary of the loan comments imported from the loan origination system (LOS). The section header shows Last ran [date/time] for the most recent import.

Comments presentA Key notes list. Each note is an AI-generated summary of a key point drawn from the loan's LOS comments, with a citation marker referencing the underlying comment.

For example, a key note might read "Loan application notes mention 'Investment property'" or "Borrower stated DTI will decrease after auto loan payoff at closing."

Analyst-authored notes are separate from imported comments. They are added through the Add a note dialog in the header or the per-finding Add note control.

Property information

Displays third-party data for the loan's collateral property.

Selecting View more property data opens the Property data dialog.

Required documents

A checklist of the documents required for the loan. The section header shows Last ran [date/time] and a document count (for example, "Document (8)").
