Maestro user guide
Monitoring dashboard
The Maestro monitoring dashboard is built on top of UiPath Insights. By default, Maestro provides a curated dashboard with key process metrics.
For advanced monitoring and customization, you can create your own dashboards in Insights using the Maestro template. This template includes preconfigured metrics and visualizations which you can be adapt to fit your specific reporting needs.
Maestro automatically sends its full process-level data model to UiPath Insights. This allows you to build custom dashboards and reports in Insights using the same underlying data available in the default Maestro monitoring dashboard. For more details, visit the Maestro data model page in the Insights user guide.
Process-level dashboard
The process-level dashboards provide useful metrics for each process.

Metrics
The process-level dashboard in Maestro gives you clear visibility into how each process performs over time. It provides key metrics such as incident counts, completed instances, faulted elements, and duration outliers. These insights help you quickly identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and make data-driven decisions to improve process reliability and efficiency.
| Tile | Description |
|---|---|
| Incidents count per Week/Month | Every error in your process triggers the creation of an incident. This tile illustrates the total number of incidents per week or month, depending on the selected value from the drop-down list. |
| Completed instances per Week/Month | The total number of completed instances per week or month, depending on the selected value from the drop-down list. See how many processes you are executing and whether that count is going up or down. |
| Top 10 faulted elements |
|
| Top 10 elements by longest duration |
|
| Average duration for inactive instances | The average run time for inactive instances. The information is also split by the instance status. |
| Top 10 outliers by duration |

Analytics
Process monitoring within Maestro offers insights into the historical execution of your processes. The out-of-the-box process-level dashboards provide comprehensive data on historical executions, including incidents, instance completion, faulted elements, and duration outliers for elements. Understanding the execution counts and durations for each step in a process provides crucial insight. Additionally, the heatmap view puts element durations in the context of the entire process flow. These insights unlock the full potential of process analytics for effective business operations.
Maestro provides process analytics, enabling you to monitor the historical executions of your processes in an aggregated way. You can access the Monitoring page from the All instances view for a single process through the Monitoring tab. This page includes out-of-the-box default process-level dashboards and a model diagram, showing execution count, execution duration, and heatmap.

Instance Management uses the same canvas used for modeling.
The counts shown near each element represent the number of instances executing on each element:
-
The
green checkmark represents the successful instances -
The
red exclamation point represents the failed instances -
The
blue circle next to the human tasks represents the number of processes under escalation review.
