Customer.io authentication

Prerequisites

To create a connection, you need the following credentials:

API key
Site ID

To learn more about Customer.io API authentication and how to retrieve your credentials, refer to the Customer.io authentication documentation.

Add the Customer.io connection

Select Integration Service from the left rail.
From the Connectors list, select Customer.io. You can also use the search bar to find the connector.
Select Connect to Customer.io.
Enter the required credentials and select Connect.
