About the TypeSafe activities

TypeSafe activities for Integration Service, used to make fast choice, score, and yes/no decisions about text or JSON content with the TypeSafe System One API.

The TypeSafe activities call the TypeSafe System One API, which uses TypeSafe's Jev models to make fast, calibrated decisions about content you provide. Each activity takes a state, which is the text or JSON to evaluate, and returns a structured answer with probabilities, so later steps can act on the decision.

How it works

The activities use an authenticated connection created with the UiPath connector for TypeSafe. For details, refer to the TypeSafe authentication page.

Every decision activity has the same main inputs:

  • State: the content to evaluate, as plain text or JSON. A JSON object or array entered in the field is sent as structured data. The state and the longest question together can be up to 32k tokens.
  • Instructions or Question: what the model decides about the state.
  • Model: the model to use. If you leave it empty, the activity uses jev-latest. Use the List Models activity to see the models and aliases your account can use.

If the request fails, the activity returns the error message from TypeSafe. For example, an unknown model returns an "Unknown model" error.

For the full list of activities, refer to the TypeSafe activities page.
