Annotated and unannotated messages
Reviewed messages
Reviewed messages are messages to which you applied labels or general fields. In the platform, we show which messages have been reviewed by styling them as seen in the following images.
For messages with assigned labels, the labels become a darker shade, two ticks will appear in front of the labels, and a grey box surrounds them.
For messages with assigned general fields, a bold, coloured box surrounds the assigned general field, and the paragraph the general field is in is shaded in grey.
Unreviewed messages
Unreviewed messages are all of the messages that you have not manually reviewed and annotated. They will likely have predicted labels and general fields, if enabled, associated with them, with various confidence levels, but a human has not confirmed these predictions.
