Exporting a dataset
You must have assigned the IXP Project Admin role as an Automation Cloud™ user, or the Export datasets permission as a legacy user.
You can export the messages and associated label predictions directly from the GUI as a CSV file.
If you have the IXP Project Admin or IXP Developer roles (Automation Cloud) or Export datasets (legacy) permission, you can export the entire dataset, or a subset based on filters. Otherwise, you can only download the current page of messages in the Explore tab.
The features described on this page are designed for offline data exploration, not for data transfer or migration purposes.
Exporting data from the platform
-
Navigate to the Explore tab.
-
Select the export button as shown in the following image:

-
Select one of the following options:
- Just this page - Exports only the current page of messages.
- All matching messages - Exports all messages that match the current filters that you have applied in the Explore tab. For example, a given time period, or a metadata property such as NPS score greater than
>8.If you apply a label filter, this acts as a sort order for the messages in the CSV download. The messages are ordered by the confidence score of the selected label that applies to that message.
-
Once your select the export option, Just this page or All matching messages, the platform triggers triggers a CSV download of your data.
