Revamped template overview
The Templates page and template detail view have been updated with new usage analytics and quality metrics.
The Templates list page now shows an aggregate stats panel at the top, scoped to a configurable time period: Summaries generated, Pages summarized, Time saved, and Avg. review time. The template list includes two new columns: Summaries (number of summaries generated) and Feedback (number of reviewer overrides). New filters let you narrow the list by status and by the user who last updated a template.
Selecting a published or deployed template now opens a redesigned detail view with three tabs:
- Overview: displays an AI-generated quality summary, a usage trend chart, approval rate, average review time, and a list of sections receiving the most overrides.
- Runs: lists all batch runs for the template, with Source and Created by columns in addition to the existing status, document count, and duration data.
- Overrides: replaces the previous Feedback tab. See Reviewer overrides and AI recommendations below.

Reviewer overrides and AI recommendations
The template detail view's new Overrides tab gives template authors visibility into individual override records and AI-generated recommendations for improving template quality.
Overrides are now captured with a mandatory reason, one of the following: Incorrect information, Missing information, Outdated information, Formatting/clarity, Incorrect attribution, Safety concern, or Other. Reviewers can also add optional free-text feedback directed at the AI agent when submitting an override.
When the system identifies a pattern across multiple overrides in the same section, it generates a Recommended action card. Each recommendation includes a priority rating, a description of the issue, and specific guidance for revising the section's AI instructions. Authors can select Apply to open the template editor with the recommendation pre-loaded as an inline AI suggestion, or Ignore to dismiss it. Selecting Analyze overrides triggers a fresh analysis of accumulated override data.

What's new
Updated output data entity for Medical Record Summarization
Medical Record Summarization now writes summarization results to a new Data Fabric entity, MRS2_Output, on current deployments. Deployments on an earlier version continue to write to the previous MRS_Output entity, which is now deprecated. After your deployment moves to the new entity, downstream automations that read from MRS_Output should be updated to reference MRS2_Output.
The new entity introduces updated field names across all sections. New fields include ExportFile, ReviewDurationMinutes, ProcessedAt, CreatedDate, UpdatedDate, StorageBucketName, IngestionFileId, IngestionSourceId, ContextGroundingId, MRSPacketLocation, and MaestroTraceId.
