Pre-signed URL configuration
You can use the disable_presigned_url flag to specify whether you would like to disable pre-signed URL access at global level. By default, pre-signed URLs are enabled for the entire platform. The possible values are: true and false.

Note:
- You can only change the default value of this parameter only for new installations. The operation is irreversible and does not apply to an existing cluster.
- You can apply this configuration only to the entire platform. You cannot override the global configuration at product level.
