In some edge cases, it is possible that a single Salesforce event triggers the creation of duplicated queue items.
If your process requires queue item unicity, enable the Enforce unique references parameter when creating your queue.

The Salesforce Add-in now includes a new authentication option: Named Credentials. Users are now able to set up Named Credentials using Salesforce’s standard UI, making it easier to request and manage access tokens. Find out more about Named Credentials here.
