Data capacity

Data capacity tab in Process Mining on Automation Suite displays row-based availability and utilization details for tenants on the AI units licensing model.

This tab displays details on data capacity availability and utilization, expressed in number of rows. It is only available on the AI units licensing model, and it requires Administrator permissions.

FieldDetails
Data capacity expiration*The date when the current data capacity period ends, aligned with the AI units license end date.
Data capacity reconsumption*The date when reconsumption is triggered based on the utilized data capacity. This is computed as license expiration date + 1 day.
Utilization percentage*The percentage of consumed rows out of the total number of rows available as per the current total data capacity.
ConsumedThe number of consumed rows across all existing Process Mining apps.
Available*The number of rows that are still available for consumption across all existing Process Mining apps.
Current usage by Process Mining appThe number of used rows per Process Mining app, broken down by type (published and development), along with a total count across app types.

*) The field applies only when using AI Unit consumption with the Flex Plan license model.

Note:

Data capacity is a licensing metric: it only counts rows in the Events table that reach your dashboards. A data run creates additional other tables in the SQL Server data warehouse that are not reflected in Data capacity, so this number can stay flat while disk usage keeps growing. Process Mining does not provide an in-product way to monitor disk usage on the dedicated SQL Server — for that, work with your database administrator.
