Process Mining user guide
The Operational monitoring dashboard provides details on the most important aspects of the process. This allows you to analyze how frequently your process is executed with success or failure, how often failures occur and what are the trends over time.
KPIs
The following table describes the KPIs that are displayed on the Operational monitoring dashboard.

First time right
The First time right chart allows you to monitor the number of traces that have been processed without revisions.
Trend and Event time distribution
Trend
The Trend tab allows you to monitor trends and patterns for the average trace time for traces based on their specific start time. This can help you identify periods of low efficiency where traces take longer, and effects of changes in the process.
You can select a different metric from the selector to display the chart based on a different metric. The following table describes the available metrics.

| First time right | The percentage of completed traces (process instances) that finished successfully on their first processing attempt, i.e. traces that required no rework or revisions. A trace is counted as First time right if none of its associated queue items were failed, abandoned/cancelled, or retried. | Traces |
| Avg. event time | The average event throughput time for the end-to-end process. | Event log |
Event time distribution
The Event time distribution tab allows you to monitor how the duration of events is distributed over time. The vertical bar chart displays the number of events against different time intervals of event duration. This can help you to identify patterns and trends in event duration.
Tasks
The Tasks bar chart allows you to monitor the number of events for the different tasks of the process.
