Overview
The Robot Licenses dashboard provides visibility into the usage of your Robot licenses. It offers insights into how your robot licenses are used, such as the total number of utilized licenses or daily utilization per machine.
Note:
Historical data is only available starting with April 23rd, 2025.
Filters
You can filter the information from the dashboard based on the following:
- Date Range: allows you to select a specific time period for reviewing Robot licenses usage.
- License: allows you to select a specific license type for reviewing Robot licenses usage:
- Unattended Robot
- Unattended Robot - Test
- Non-Prod Robot
Metrics
| Tile | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Number of Liceses - Maximum | Total number of available Robot licenses. |
| Total Number of Utilization Licenses - Maximum | The total number of used Robot licenses. |
| Max consumption weekly by robot type | A graphic displaying the maximum consumption per week, split by robot type. |
| Daily Utilization per Machine | Total number of consumed Robot licenses per day by each machine. The information is displayed in the form of a table with additional information:
