Automation Hub User Guide

We’ve fixed an issue in Automation Hub that prevented customers from changing the idea flow type. In some cases, even when the flow change failed, the system still updated the Phase and Status in the background. This caused the idea to become stuck—making it impossible to update or delete the idea. With this fix, failed flow changes no longer apply partial updates, and successful flow changes keep all values in sync as expected.
